Russell George, from Pietermaritzburg, South Africa, noticed a police van which was driving in a strange way in the traffic. Once he got closer he saw that the policemman was drunk. He then decided to threw him to the back of his van and drove him to the closest police station. Khanyi Mnikathi, who was also on the place, witnessed that the man said that it was his birthday and "did not deny that he was drunk". At least they should have awarded his honesty. It's very unusual to find these kinds of situations, in fact Mnikathy described it as "ironic".
